Given the possibility to purchase "sample" products before placing an order, it is not possible to return the purchased goods. The merchandise can only be returned if it is clearly defective, by sharing a photo of the damaged item or with production defects via email. In this case, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used to place the order.

What is a sample product?

By purchasing a "sample" product, you will receive a single piece of the selected product in terms of style and color, but not size. Buying this product allows you to verify the quality of the material and the fit of the received size.
